CEO & All Around Nice Guy

Stoney is the driving force (pun intended!) behind Pole Position Marketing. He's the one that ensures that the crew works cohesively on each marketing campaign, and that together, the end result meets and exceeds client expectations. Stoney has five wonderful children and, if away from the computer long enough, socializing, watching DVDs, reading books and spending quality and quantity time with the family. Maria Paschen
Office Manager & Team Favorite

Maria is the beloved Admin of PPM, happily serving both clients and co-workers alike. She greets everyone with a smile, keeps things running smoothly around the office, and beautifies the environment by "decorating" with fancy (non-company approved) sticky notes. Maria is Stoney's proverbial "right arm", but with much nicer fingernails and a lot less hair.

In her time away from the crew, Maria cherishes time with her daughter, her family, and her friends. She has a heart for all things creative and artsy and loves to be able to use those gifts to serve in her church through their production outreach ministry. (We're fairly certain she will paint just about anything that is paintable... that is your official warning!)

Mike Fleming
Analytics, PPC Strategist & Employee of Every Month

Mike specializes in Paid Search and web analytics. He's responsible for making sure that everything we do here at PPM brings measurable value to the visitors. If it doesn't, he'll know. And so will you!

Mike has always been involved in sports and any other sort of competition. Poker, Wii Bowling, ping pong, hot dog eating; it doesn't matter. Bring it on! But, his favorite competitive thing to do is play basketball. Not only does it give him a not-so needed ego boost, it keeps him in shape and looking good (he would say that).

He reads a lot, plays guitar and writes and records music, which can be heard on his 2nd man united blog, where he expresses his thoughts on the Christian world view. Mike has been married with no children for five years to a girl who decided to throw a snowball at a stranger one day…and then married him.

Annalisa Hilliard
Local SEO, Link Strategist & Supernatural Wunderkind

Annalisa is working her way to the top by linking to the rest of the PPM team. After all, it takes a great team to develop a great player. She is in charge of Link Research and Marketing and uses each client’s specific backlink profile to determine the type, quality, and quantity of links to go after.

During her time between links, Annalisa enjoys the great outdoors. She has run several half-marathons and, in the not-so-distant future, plans on doing a triathlon. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, you can find her reading, writing, taking in a great movie, or enjoying an episode of 30 ROCK. However, no matter where you find her, there will always be coffee involved.

Jen Carroll
Social Media, Content Strategist & Chief Word Nerd

Looking for Ms. Write? She works for PPM! Jen focuses on all things content and social media (and is addicted to both). Since 2001 she's been immersed in a mix of traditional and Internet marketing and public relations, delivering creative content for health care, manufacturing, education and many other sectors. She's also a corporate blogger, technical ghostwriter and a feature writer for MD News, Cleveland/Akron/Canton edition.

Even away from the job, Jen can't get enough of words. Her favorite escape is historical fiction. However, she and her husband devote most of their spare time to their two growing girls. As a family, they dig travel, the outdoors, music, art, board games, puzzles, the Wii and, of course, reading aloud.

Rev. Jim Roberts, founder of the Soul Care Center, is a  Certified Christian Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Clinical Pastoral Counselor, and Certified Christian Life Coach. Jim has been in ministry for over 30 years. He brings with him a compassionate heart while teaching Biblical truth to help people live out their faith. Jim is dedicated to helping others become healthy, mature disciples of Christ.

Bob Loblaw
aka Stoney's Alter Ego

Bob is Pole Position Marketing's resident mascot, icon, Jedi Knight, and BattleStar (if that's even possible). His name, though a bit funny when you say it out loud (and stolen from one of the all-time great television shows of our time), is a representation of all the great ideas, thoughts and marketing strategies that can be found on the web. Bob knows that the internet is full of self-proclaimed experts and gurus and if you put all their opinions together you're sure to hear Bob's full name (go ahead, say it out loud, you'll be glad you did!)

Bob is a firm believer in pithy wisdom and insightful...um, insights. He chooses to use words that can be understood by anyone that can understand them. Actually, it's Bob's job to simply be clever and creative. He's the class clown, the in-office comedian, the funnyman, the Ben Affleck of Pole Position Marketing. Actually, Bob does have some pretty interesting things to say, which is why we keep him around. We hope you enjoy Bob's verbal wordsmithing just as much as we do.
