We currently have openings for the following roles:

Digital Content Specialist

Part Time or Full time: Full Time
Location: Uniontown, Ohio
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: $35-$45K, based on experience

Duties:

  • Regularly produce various content types, including blog posts, e-books, product/service descriptions, social media content, email content and web copy
  • Optimize web content using SEO and UX best practices
  • Research, write, edit, and proof all levels of copy, including headlines and body, for all online, offline, external, and internal needs
  • Research curated content for multiple industries
  • Monitor PPM and client online presence (monitoring web brand mentions using tools such as BuzzSumo, SEMRush or Moz)
  • Manage and promote the PPM blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
  • Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
  • Create content / social publishing calendars for clients and PPM
  • Collaborate to create and implement social and content marketing strategies based on client needs and goals
  • Review, strategize, and implement overall website messaging for improved UX and performance
  • Coordinate, edit, and implement guest posts on PPM blog
  • Responsible for internal and external interaction with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), including blogs, company FB pages, forums, etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proven experience creating successful social and content marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete tasks on time
  • Understand online objectives and goals for content marketing campaigns that drive leads and subscribers
  • A high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material
  • Ability to respond and react to changes within social networks and other content mediums – changes in functionality, methods of engagement, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Slideshare, Google+, Instagram, etc.

Preferences:

  • Experience in all areas of email and social media planning, writing, scheduling, and analyzing
  • A background in marketing automation, content management systems, publishing tools (WordPress, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience using social image tools (Canva, etc.) with a keen eye for design
  • Experience with social advertising
  • Skilled in group training, conducting workshops, and public speaking

Web Developer

As a Web Developer, you may work on many projects at one time from large state projects to e-commerce, so switching between tasks in a fast-paced environment is important. We love solving complex, big business challenges for our clients and you will be pushed to go beyond your limits and challenge your skill set, but rewarded with work/lifestyle balance, a nice benefits package, and company perks.

We are looking for a passionate web developer who can pull from their own creativity to bring custom PSD mockups to life with amazing user experience. Being a great programmer is only the beginning. To be successful in this position, you must have an in-depth understanding of how UX, conversion, SEO practices, business objectives, and development all work together to drive the goals of the client.

We are a full-scale digital marketing agency that provides premium services to our clients. Our team consists of digital marketers that are highly skilled and produce quality, effective results that our clients have come to expect. This position will be no exception. The focus should always be on solutions that achieve the clients’ goals over personal preference or style.
