A Quick Review of Text Link Revolution

I spent some time today reviewing a link-building service called Text Link Revolution (TNX). The company specializes in rapidly buying / selling links for websites and blogs. I know lately the paid links ethical issue has been increasingly controversial, but this post is simply for review purposes, not a treatise on Google’s paid-link confusion.

TNX attempts to create an advertising system that will garner better search results for websites while offering publishers bigger profits via links on their site. The site uses a system of “points” to which users can convert to money or reinvest back into their site to buy more links. TNX could be useful for your site whether you are a webmaster or publisher.
TNX For Webmasters
TNX offers webmasters some benefits that are lacking in other link dealers. According to the site, the main advantage is that webmasters are able to sell links on every page of their websites, instead of just the home page. This opens the door for an even more profitable website. In addition, the site allows webmasters to choose only relevant ads to their site giving masters more freedom and control.
How It Works

- Get the code. Simple enough – install the site’s HTML code on any page within your site. Once the site is indexed by their system and sold to advertisers, links ads will begin to appear.
- Add your site. Once added to the TNX system, it should take 1-2 days to approve.
- Raise displayed links. Users can raise up to four links on each page.
- Create ad campaigns. Users can now create their own ads or sell links to other TNX users.
TNX For Advertisers
TNX gives advertisers some distinct advantages over other link building sites. Mainly, advertisers have lower pricing on TNX as well as the ability to promote hundreds of keywords on many different sites with just a few clicks.
How It Works

- Create an ad campaign. This is a three step process in which users choose a website category, geographic area, and Google pagerank. Users then decide what key-phrase they want displayed and the priority. This process seemed relatively easy for users.
- Watch for results.
- Edit campaigns for better results.
Other Benefits
The site seems fairly easy to use with an intuitive interface. Currently, the site is offering free text link ads to users as well as an affiliate program to gain users. I recommend that SEO’s at least give this service a try if you are interested in giving or receiving links for your sites. It could be that one final step you need to get the rankings you’ve been hoping for.
