Velocitize your web marketing

Copywriting Tip- Excessive Force

Don’t force it! Don’t try to force groups of keywords that won’t be a good fit together on a single page. It’s important that there is a natural flow in writing when constructing the page’s content. Grouping words together that don’t fit will make your content awkward and you will lose your audience, which is ultimately interpreted as you buyers. When optimizing text, we tend to scrunch as many relevant words into the copy, but forcing it only makes for bad content. Good writing is never forced, it comes naturally. Look for creative ways to work in the keywords so they fit organically. If a keyword just doesn’t fit try it on another page.

Max Speed

If the Pole Position Marketing team had a muse—and it does—it would be Max Speed. We love Max’s occasionally off-color, usually amusing and always pointed “Maxisms.” (Maybe “Maxims” would be a better word.) Max gives voice to some of the things we think but, bound by professional decorum, aren’t permitted to say. At least, not out loud. Read Max's full bio.
