In exactly one week, it’s anticipated that hundreds of thousands of consumers will flood the streets of America in hopes of snagging a new iPhone. To be blunt, I love Apple. I’ve used their products for years and will never turn back. But I’m ready for all the hubbub to get over. Just today, AT&T noted that they will hire 2000 workers to help sales. I imagine that there is going to be a riot inside those stores. I do realize that the iPhone is beautiful and can do some amazing things. As a matter of fact, I would love to own one for myself. But is it really necessary for grown men (maybe some women as well) to act like little children on Christmas Day? Come on. It’s still just a glamorized communications tool…
