Hum, let’s also not forget that you won because I knocked the eight ball in. So you didn’t really “win” so much as you didn’t “lose”. But fair is fair.

I agree on the conference being equally strong on information and social. Solid all the way around.

Wow. Thanks Stoney!

I'll tell you. There were points in the past few months were "Unleashed" seemed to symbolize me on a never ending chase to catch the puppy I'd let slip out the front door...but ultimately, it all ended up being worthwhile. This was probably the most difficult project I've taken on since joining Search Engine Guide, but it was also the most rewarding.

I can't thank my team enough. Robert, Rachel and Vickie worked their tails off to make me look good. Karen and Scott showed up early and pitched in to get the pre-show work done. My entire speaking team delivered awesome content and made sure they were there for the entire conference. Our sponsors stepped on board for an untested show with faith that we'd pull off something cool.

I absolutely cannot WAIT to do this again. :)

Unleashed, huh? Did you ever really have a collar on in the first place? hee hee :) jk. More importantly, though, you're right. The meaning of the term carried through on so many different levels that I don't even think we knew it would until all was said and done! Thanks for being such and integral part of the team and the great recap. Unfortunately, I can't thank you choosing that picture of me playing pool. Hello! You couldn't have found a better one? ;)

@Diana: You better be there next year! I need another chance to hang out with my pull up hero! I'm working on it. Maybe next year I'll be able to do it. :)

Great review! (shouldn't have read it before I wrote my own, though). I just have one thing to add: Don't forget that Scott and I took down team PPM at the pool table. We're still the reigning champions. Don't worry, I won't let you forget it.

I thought some of the most helpful sessions were site architecture, viral marketing, and link building (workshop). Each of these were very practical, well explained, and sent me home feeling ready to plan and run my own campaign. The conference was just as strong informationally as it was socially.
