(no Stoney, this is not directed at you)

Why would I ever assume THAT? I allow plenty of input and flexibility... I let you decide BETWEEN my way or the highway.

I think it's also important for a good leader to constantly be evolving and adapting accordingly. Leaders that are ingrained in a constant "their way or the highway" philosophy (no Stoney, this is not directed at you) will make them extremely ineffective, and make for a stagnant environment that doesn't progressively improve upon itself. A leader must be strong and self-sufficient, yet he must also be humble and realize when his own pride is getting in the way of progress.
