I think Lenny represents the larger problem with this show, a problem that is probably responsible for it's declining rankings. The producers want characters over business success and leadership. Personally, I'd rather watch 15 bald-headed old farts perform some marketing miracles on their tasks than see the young eye-candy with very limited experience in business or in leadership. But that's just me!

Yeah, Lenny blew it big time and how he ever made it on the show is anybody's guess. When I was at the Casting Call a few weeks back there was a talent agency there that was claiming credit for getting Amarosa (sp?) on the show. They were actually bragging about her. She also was one of the shows biggest (but most interesting) disasters. She was a terrible, whining, stuck up brat. But a successful one, it would seem.

This year, I think Trump is going for something new. I think Andrea certainly is apprentice material, maybe Charmaine as well. Lee seems to be Trumps pet right now and can do no wrong. For Trump to commend Lee on his loyalty to Lenny was simply ridiculous. Trump would fire his own daughter if she couldn't cut it.

I don't think we've seen enough out of Sean but he's likable. Charmaine has a bit more baggage when it comes to losses, but she's proven herself as well. We also need to see more from Roxanne, but she doesn't strike me has having what it takes. I think Leslie was strong for the most part, better than some of the others that still remain.

Andrea, Charmaine, Lee and Shawn are my predictions for the final four. Not necessarily my picks but my predictions.

Lenny is a disaster. Poor leadership, poor performance, no questions for the execs??? silly preparation for the boardroom ... I mean did he fall off the cliff or something? I was surprised.

Huge mistake was to choose "just music" for kids. Now ... in "previous life" I was a musician, now it's a hobby. I know that you can get a bit carried away with pushing what you love ... but, it's not about me, it's about the end result. You can get those kids a room full of horses and they'll love it, but will the execs approve? (Now this is what I call a run on sentence ... didn't have time to put dots)

Lenny is a good employee ... not an employer (leader).

Lee? ... silly little kid. It's good that you're loyal, but your friend will not pay your bills and will not support you for the rest of your life, so be smart. Friendship is friendship ... but common sense and good judgment is important in business. I would not fire Lee on the spot, but I'd make a note not to have him be a manager of anything. He is going to be a GOOD employee / follower.

I can predict now that the top 2 are going to be ... Sean and the rich red headed one (Andrea?). Ultimately Sean will win for the popularity of the show ... showing the "American dream".

Stoney ... what are your predictions? Willing to bet? ;-)
