Any website you have and any hoster you have, just ask one question, what is your uptime guarantee. If it is 99.999%, then choose that host.

This is probably due to their bad hardware. They should get it fixed, no excuses for a good web-host.

Loopshot have a very bad support system that i have never meet before. They do not reply my calls and emails after many times. I have stay away from it.
