		<description>Wow, and I thought I was the only one with this problem. I'm going into 2 months now with no Discs and NO Refund. Not only that but they have canceled my account. I went to check my bank records and thankfully they have not charged me since my first month (for which I did receive that disc) but I ordered two extra discs and have not received them or even an email explaining why I hadn't received them. Horrible customer service. Now that I know others have had the same problem I'm glad I'm no longer a customer and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of not only this company but their parent company BMG.</description>
