		<description>I was owed 3 free CD&#039;s at the time BMG decided to rename itself &quot;yourmusic.com&quot;. So far, I&#039;ve been told that &quot;yourmusic.com&quot; will not honor the BMG obligations even though they have the same parent company. Unless they honor their obligations, I will not be recommending this site to anyone!</description>

		<description>Wow, and I thought I was the only one with this problem. I&#039;m going into 2 months now with no Discs and NO Refund. Not only that but they have canceled my account. I went to check my bank records and thankfully they have not charged me since my first month (for which I did receive that disc) but I ordered two extra discs and have not received them or even an email explaining why I hadn&#039;t received them. Horrible customer service. Now that I know others have had the same problem I&#039;m glad I&#039;m no longer a customer and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of not only this company but their parent company BMG.</description>
