PR Update

Reports of a PR update are spreading like wildfire. After 4 long months of no PR bar update this is a welcome bit of news. I did some looking through PPW and found that several newsletters which had yet to receive PR since going online months ago now have, so it does appear that PR is being updated.
Also, PR for Pole Position Directory has finally been updated. PR5!
