Stoney .... completely agree. Also, don't forget about the "Buyer remorse". We all have experienced it.

For example ... Yesterday I purchased a 50 inch Panasonic plasma TV. Now ... a big ticket item and surely I had doubts if I needed it and if I should have gone with a 42 inch. What pushed me to buy in a bit of a hurry is that this is a new model not available in any stores, but in CircuitCity warehouse (1st shipment 4 days ago... they lasted less than 24 hours before being sold out).

Anyway ... I was a bit relieved when in 3 different conversations with sales people and some account managers in CC, they complemented on the TV. One even compared it with the previous model and gave some technical advise and praise.

Was I a "sucker for a compliment". OH YEA. Even if this was not a sincere comment and just a sales/marketing tactic, I bought it ... I ate it ... I Loved it.
