Search Marketing or Website Marketing?

Recently we had a discussion in the office about the pros and cons of targeting the phrase “search marketing” vs. “website marketing” within our new tagline. Here’s my thoughts. While search marketing is more “industry-correct” and precise, I think website marketing will entail a clearer understanding to a broader audience, including the less high-tech savvy crowd. So what do you think is the more effective tagline: “velocitize your website marketing” or “velocitize your search marketing”? Will the crowd that is quite familiar with search marketing be confused as to the type of services that are represented by the phrase “website marketing”?
