You know who I’m referring to. May be a little harsh. At least they are willing to fix their mistakes.
Well, I’ll come to their defense. Unlike most people, they contacted us in order to get an idea of the problems and then quickly jumped to fix. Not many people are that receptive.
Ldy says to rewrite 3b thusly: “You will be contacted via email or by telephone by the first available specialist within one business day.”
Why wouldn’t it be?: “You will be contacted via email or by telephone within one business day by the first available specialist.”
I think I’d write it as: “You will be contacted within one business via email or by telephone by the first available specialist”
