Someone can submit a resume for a job interview and have all of the important, correct information to get the interview however if the resume is not formatted in an easy to read/scan way then they will probably not get the interview.

It is the same with web design/useability. A site can have all the right parts but in the wrong places and it will affect sales.</description>
