Google entire line of content using advanced search for entire phrase. If you see that content app eat on more than 1 page you should fix it.It is the same with web design/usability. Thanks for the great tips. I always use the analogy of a job resume.
Someone can submit a resume for a job interview and have all of the important, correct information to get the interview however if the resume is not formatted in an easy to read/scan way then they will probably not get the interview.

It is the same with web design/useability. A site can have all the right parts but in the wrong places and it will affect sales.

It is important to check duplicate content issues. Google entire line of content using advanced search for entire phrase. If you see that content appeat on more than 1 page you should fix it.
If you see that other website copy entire content you should make shure that your feeds does’t represent full entry. Make your RSS feeds short to represent summary only.

Of course, there is the “suck” test which usually can be performed in 10 seconds or less and can catch a fair number of sites without going through all these tests.
