		<description>I totally concur with Mr deGeyter.  Success means you have to stand firm on your ground, keep working on steps taken to fulfilling your dreams.  To get to Z, it does take you to start at A.  Remmember always carry charity and faith along with you on your journeys.  You can't let anyone even your closest ones to let you and your spirit down.  Stay humble, trust your own instinct, say less and do more, treat people equally with respect.</description>
