If you are not satisfied with the result of the first report we provide you (usually the Website Architectural and Usability report), just let us know within seven days of the report being presented to you. Pole Position Marketing will immediately let you out of the contract with absolutely no additional payments. Not only that, but you get to keep the report, which is a $5000 value.
2. If, at any time, you are unsatisfied with the service or results being provided you by Pole Position Marketing then you have the option to "buy out" of the long-term contract with a single additional payment of $5000.
