I (client) hereby hire Pole Position Marketing (PPM) to provide up to 10-hours of consultation time. I understand and agree to the following:

Consultations may be held via phone, email or instant messenger (IM), based on client's preference. Each call, email or chat session will use a minimum of 10 minutes consultation time and recorded in 5 minute increments thereafter. Phone conversations must be scheduled no less than 24 hours in advance. IM chats may be unscheduled but shall last no more than 15 minutes per session. Emails may be submitted at client's convenience.

All consultations will be provided based availability, generally within a day or two but may be as much as two weeks. Emails will generally be answered within 48 business hours, though research projects will require more time.

Client has twelve (12) weeks from purchase date to use all 10-hours of consulting time purchased. All unused time will be forfeit after the 12 weeks. No refunds will be provided after first consultation. Client will automatically be billed for overage at a rate of $175/hour with a $25 overage minimum. If PPM is unable to offer available consultation times within the allotted time frames a refund will be provided or consultation time extended upon request.

If, within the first fifteen minutes of the first call, Client is not completely satisfied, they may request discontinuation of consulting service and will receive a full refund.
