Unlimited Consulting must be paid in full in advance, but gives you an unlimited amount of over-the-phone consulting time over the six month period. Got some quick questions? Terms of Agreement (This is your contract, you'll want to read it.)

I (client) hereby hire Pole Position Marketing (PPM) to provide consultations based on the number of hours selected in this form. I understand and agree to the following:

Client is allotted up to two (2) unscheduled calls, emails or instant messenger (IM) chat sessions per business day lasting no more than fifteen (15) minutes each. All other calls must be scheduled no less than 24 hours in advance and may last up to two hours per call.

All consultations will be provided based availability. Emails will generally be answered within 24 business hours. All scheduled consultations must be held via phone.

Unlimited Consulting must be paid in full in advance. Client is allowed an unlimited amount of over-the-phone consulting time over a six month period based on the terms above. Once the first consultation is held, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

PPM will provide consulting for only one (1) website/domain per unlimited consulting contract.

If, within the first fifteen minutes of the first call, Client is not completely satisfied, they may request discontinuation of consulting service and will receive a full refund.
