SEO Velocity: Schedule of SEO Services

What should you expect from your SEO campaign? Here is our time schedule for our SEO Velocity service that achieves results!

Site Reports (not part of 12-month program)
Site reports take approximately two months to complete and are not considered a part of the 12-month contract. The Architectural and Usability Analysis will be provided to Client approximately three (3) weeks of start date. The Competitive Arena Analysis report will be provided to Client approximately two (2) weeks of report start date. The UVP (Unique Value Proposition) report will be provided to Client approximately three (3) weeks of report start date.

Page Optimization Rollouts (Months 1-3)
Optimization of first page starts the beginning of the 12-month contract. PPM will provide 12 full optimization rollouts with work on the first rollout starting upon first billing day of the contract period. Other optimization rollouts will begin every week thereafter until a total of scheduled rollouts have been completed for the year. The optimization of each page can take from two (2) weeks to two (2) months depending on amount of issues to overcome as well as promptness of Client’s response, though additional time may be necessary. A total 12 pages will be optimized within the first contract year.

Ongoing Optimization and Site Monitoring (Months 4-12)
After all page rollouts are completed PPM will begin all other forms of marketing as outlined above.

Continuing Services (Months 13+)

Contract extension: Contract shall automatically be extended after month twelve unless written notice is provided by Client at least 30 days prior to its expiration. Client shall pay Pole Position Marketing at the same monthly rate fixed during the initial contract period unless a new pricing has been agreed to by both parties, payable each month following the initial 12 month contract period. Both Client and Pole Position Marketing are entitled to cancel the extended contract after the initial 12 month period upon 30 days written notice mailed to the other party.

Process: Upon the beginning of the 13th month, PPM will begin optimization of additional site pages. Each month a new page and keywords will be selected and optimized over the following weeks. This monthly optimization process will continue until contract expiration. PPM will also continue to engage in all other forms of marketing, including alternative marketing, link marketing, conversion analysis, reputation management, etc.
