Access Probability - SEO Technology

AXP

Access Probability or AXP is a an original technolgy developed by Jason J. Green of Pole Position Marketing, to be used as a progress indicator and success metric for Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
Specifically, AXP determines the probability that a website will be accessed, when a search query for a given search phrase or "keyword" is performed. The scalability of the AXP formula allows it to be adapted to both targeted and global search demographics.

Background and Development of AXP

AXP was developed to provide a frame of reference against which to measure the efficacy of certain techniques which are designed to increase both visibility and popularity of a website (Generally referred to by the umbrella term "Search Engine Optimization" or "SEO".).

The AXP technology has been employed successfully as an industry research tool to produce a body of quantifiable information which has been used to establish specific procedural methodologies for SEO and SEM campaigns.

This is in contrast to common SEO industry techniques which at present rely on methods that are generally experimental or intuitive, and occasionally wildly speculative.

The application of AXP technoloigy is also well suited for use as a theoretical research tool; specifically, the formula can be readily applied to simulate various Internet scenarios by simply altering the variable input in such a way that the input describes the desired scenario.

The AXP formula and algorithm are proprietary technologies of Pole Position Marketing.
