Social Media Manager

Part Time or Full time: Both
Location: Uniontown, Ohio
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: $30-$40K based on experience

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media/Content strategist
  • Proven experience creating successful social media campaigns
  • Interest in and aptitude for developing social media and content strategy solutions for a wide-range of industries
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong ability to evaluate and identify client social needs, pinpoint areas of opportunity, and develop an aggressive strategy that produces results
  • Broad understanding of social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across all major social media platforms
  • Demonstrate strategic insight for developing long-term strategies from stated business objectives
  • Ability to implement strategies in the most effective and efficient manner possible
  • Effectively present strategic plans to clients and internal teams
  • Ability to handle multiple, on-going projects
  • Manage, prioritize, and complete assigned and self-created tasks within appropriate timeframes
  • Strong business and personal ethics

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Monitor latest trends in social media channels and technologies and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services
  • Review and understand client marketing goals
  • Create content and social strategies based on stated marketing goals, make recommendations, and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and present content and social deliverables to clients
  • Content development and editorial calendar planning
  • Conduct online media, influencer, and partnership outreach
  • Work with internal and external teams to identify goals and metrics and integrate them into the content development process
  • Create, edit, and implement email marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create marketing recommendations, strategies, and actionables for social media campaigns
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create benchmark reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development
  • Create content and images for social ads, blog posts, newsletters and email marketing
  • Prepare and present social media training workshops
  • Provide social media consulting and training at client sites
  • Conduct comprehensive social media audits and reviews
  • Create and implement effective customer review strategies
  • Coordinate, edit, and implement guest posting opportunities for company blog
  • Video optimization across all platforms
  • Develop and facilitate user-generated content strategies and campaigns
  • Create and implement effective social profile optimization

Web Developer

As a Web Developer, you may work on many projects at one time from large state projects to e-commerce, so switching between tasks in a fast-paced environment is important. We love solving complex, big business challenges for our clients and you will be pushed to go beyond your limits and challenge your skill set, but rewarded with work/lifestyle balance, a nice benefits package, and company perks.

We are looking for a passionate web developer who can pull from their own creativity to bring custom PSD mockups to life with amazing user experience. Being a great programmer is only the beginning. To be successful in this position, you must have an in-depth understanding of how UX, conversion, SEO practices, business objectives, and development all work together to drive the goals of the client.

We are a full-scale digital marketing agency that provides premium services to our clients. Our team consists of digital marketers that are highly skilled and produce quality, effective results that our clients have come to expect. This position will be no exception. The focus should always be on solutions that achieve the clients’ goals over personal preference or style.

Graphic Designer

Part Time or Full time: Either

You will be responsible for designing impactful, usable and amazing mobile responsive websites and logos as well as interfaces for software and apps. As a Designer, you may also work on many projects from print and trade show to user interfaces and brand identities, so keeping calm in a fast-paced environment is important. You will also need to be able to juggle multiple tasks with soundness of mind.

We are looking for a passionate graphic web designer who can create amazing designs for our clients to build solutions that drive leads and sales. But you can’t be just a great designer, you have to understand the web, usability, conversion, business objectives and how to use design to drive the goals of your client.

Our design environment is about producing the best work possible, so we all work together and are very honest about our thoughts. The designer needs to know that creating solutions to achieve goals is always above personal interest or style.

Qualifications:

  • UX/UI web design experience & knowledge
  • Strong understanding of usability and conversion optimization techniques
  • Experience working with medium-sized businesses
  • Extreme attention to detail, organized, friendly and approachable
  • Expert experience with multiple design programs like Illustrator and Photoshop Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results through design
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or JavaScript a huge plus

Responsibilities:

  • Create amazing UX/UI website designs for many industries based on business data
  • Create wireframes and PSD custom mockups to HTML
  • Design infographics, newsletters, logos and brands
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure a consistent message and brand is found throughout the entire website
  • Continually learn about usability, design trends and techniques to ensure Vegas Website Designs produces great, modern solutions
  • Predict how visitors are going to interact with the website and use smart navigation throughout to anticipate how users consume content
  • Potentially handle minor HTML/CSS updates or coding work
  • Appeal to the emotions and behaviors of the client’s audience with clean concepts and stunning imagery. Avoid any distractions that negatively affect engagement
