What Makes You Stand Out?

What makes your product or service different from the throngs of others who offer the same thing? In a crowded marketplace, you must dare to be different. Your writing should tell that story and show the difference. If everybody claims – and they do – to be faster, cheaper, better, smellier, whatever… then you’ve got to find something else that sets you apart.

It’s Your Unique Value Proposition Dummy (keyword unique)

So what makes you stand out? Find that, then sell it! Compare the product or service against your competitors to show and prove your superiority.

Max Speed

If the Pole Position Marketing team had a muse—and it does—it would be Max Speed. We love Max’s occasionally off-color, usually amusing and always pointed “Maxisms.” (Maybe “Maxims” would be a better word.) Max gives voice to some of the things we think but, bound by professional decorum, aren’t permitted to say. At least, not out loud.
