Like it or not, people are talking about your brand online. But that doesn’t have to be a bad thing!
I had the opportunity to discuss this subject a couple of weeks ago with MediaLeaders and other marketing experts in the Google Hangout “Social Media for Reputation Management.”
I talked about how brands can’t just ignore the internet. People are out there writing reviews, talking about your brand online, etc., and it’s important that you know what they are saying. Not only that, but social media provides a wonderful opportunity to engage with your audience and build real relationships with them that will help improve your reputation overall.
