Top 4 Causes of a Dissatifying Web Experience

So why are people dissatisfied with their experience at your site? Jason Green has brought to the forefront some research conducted by Standford Persuasive Technology Lab that indicates the top 4 reasons.

1. Not able to find specific/needed information.
2. The website is confusing.
3. The website loads too slowly.
4. The existence of broken links.

If the Pole Position Marketing team had a muse—and it does—it would be Max Speed. We love Max’s occasionally off-color, usually amusing and always pointed “Maxisms.” (Maybe “Maxims” would be a better word.) Max gives voice to some of the things we think but, bound by professional decorum, aren’t permitted to say. At least, not out loud.
