    I loved the callout on lab usability testing. I work on the Internet marketing team at my company, and we frequently use lab usability testing before we launch products. It’s an expensive operation for a small shop, but if you have the budget for it, it’s definitely worth the money. I also teach an SEO class on weekends, but most of my clients are mom-and-pop businesses that can’t afford something like this 🙂

      Thanks, expense is exactly why I wanted to point out ALL of the options. Cost is becoming less and less of a barrier to doing real customer experience testing because of the ease and affordability of these online methods (like FREE surveys), which makes it doable even for mom-and-pops.
