Internal Hyperlinks

You are your own best resource, so use yourself. Hyperlink other resource pages of your site that are relevant to the copy. This will benefit the reader, increase the amount of time they spend on your site, and help you with the search engines.

External Hyperlinks

Incorporating links to external resources will benefit the reader and help you in two ways:

• They provide third-party validation of your “expertise”
• They afford the opportunity to pick up a reciprocal link or an affiliate program.

Max Speed

If the Pole Position Marketing team had a muse—and it does—it would be Max Speed. We love Max’s occasionally off-color, usually amusing and always pointed “Maxisms.” (Maybe “Maxims” would be a better word.) Max gives voice to some of the things we think but, bound by professional decorum, aren’t permitted to say. At least, not out loud.
