Don’t Forget to Say Thanks

Say Thank You!

After a visitor fills out a form on your website, do you forget to say “Thanks”?

Sometimes we can get so caught up in what we want our thank you pages to achieve that we forget the most important thing: Actually saying, “Thank you!” for completing the form (or whatever the form completion signifies.

Make sure you make your visitors feel appreciated. Sometimes the best marketing you can do is just to show appreciation.

Don’t tell me you forgot about that already! 😉 Honestly, I could point you to a bunch of blog posts online, but the checklist in the book–and free cheat sheet (www.webmarketingchecklist.com) for anyone else reading this–is pretty current and comprehensive.
