Make Thank You Pages the Beginning (Not the End) of Customer Relationships

thank-you-page-checklist

Are your thank you pages creating long-term customers for you? Probably not…but they can!

The key is to stop thinking of the thank you page as the end of a transaction and to think about it instead as the beginning of a relationship. That means going beyond confirming the sale is complete. It means continuing to build on the trust you have established and driving customers to the next conversion.

And by the way, if you think this only applies to ecommerce sites, think again. If your site has any forms or offers for online downloads, you too can benefit by improving your thank you pages.

Whether they are confirming a simple download or a huge purchase, this checklist will help you create thoughtful and focused thank you pages that will keep visitors coming back for more.
