According to a recent poll that I found in an E-Marketing book, 86% of the people surveyed are extremely concerned or at least very concerned with the security of online credit card transactions. Such concerns have been obviously inhibiting the true potential of e-commerce as a whole. So my question is, will a majority of online users ever be satisfied with the increasing level of online security? There will always be speculation, as methods of security and encryption get better, so does the ability of unrelenting hackers. If you think about it, credit card fraud is always a risk you take each time you use it, whether it be online or offline.
